CEO / Managing Director / General Manager (m/f/d) – Production Site in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In this key position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, further develop structures and processes, and work closely with the central functions of our internationally structured corporate group.

Your tasks
- You will lead our production site in Sanski Most, Bosnia and Herzegovina, overseeing day-to-day operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, and operational performance. Your key areas of responsibility include: Production, Logistics and Customs as well as Quality Management and Quality Assurance
- In addition, you will coordinate closely with the centrally managed functions of the corporate group, including: Procurement and Purchasing Planning as well as Sales Operations (Inside Sales) and Cost Estimation
- At the site, you will work closely with a Co-Managing Director, who is responsible for external administrative matters and the local accounting team.
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively, a solid technical qualification combined with a proven leadership track record in manufacturing
- everal years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on KPI-driven operations, gained in roles such as: Plant Manager, Deputy Plant Manager with broad operational responsibility, Operations Director / Head of Operations, Production Manager with responsibility for logistics, quality, and/or production planning, Site Manager / Business Unit Manager of a manufacturing operation
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, results-oriented management style
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage internal stakeholders
- Fluent German and/or English (minimum C1 level)
- Willingness to relocate permanently and take long-term responsibility for our site in Bosnia and Herzegovina
